24 Hour Staycation with Grand Hyatt

Sometimes, you don’t have to take a plane ride for a real getaway. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a 24 hour staycation at the one and only Grand Hyatt in Hong Kong. Located conveniently in the hustle bustle of the city yet, secluded enough to feel like a private oasis next to the harbour front. This hotel is everything you need for a relaxing weekend! Having lived in Hong Kong my entire life, I would have thought I’d seen this city from all angles and perspectives. Of course I was proven wrong big time… I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a view as breathtaking as the one from Grand Hyatt’s Grand Deluxe Harbour view room! And the view only gets better at sunset when the sky turns all shades of pink and orange with a full view of the skyline…

Here’s a quick breakdown of what the 24 Hour Staycation includes:- Choose your time of check-in for 24 hours- Stay at the Grand Deluxe Harbour Room for two persons (with an incredible view)- Full access of the hotel facilities including the pool and gymChoose one of either benefits:- HK$1000 worth spending voucher to be used within the hotel(Food/ Beverage or the Plateau Spa Treatment)OR- Grand Club access for two persons with complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail hour- Only valid for HKID holders (Remember to bring it along at check-in)- Priced at $2800 + 10% per room per nightSince this is the Grand Hyatt we are talking about, prices at any of the 7 restaurants or spa can be a little steep to some. This is why opting for the Grand Club Access may be a very wise decision. I would totally recommend the Grand Club access as you get unlimited amounts of food throughout the day that will leave you more than satisfied. The Grand Club lounge is also a great place to enjoy a glass of bubble as you watch the sun disappear off the distance of the Hong Kong skyline.

On the day of check-out, we decided to relax by the pool and check-out later in the afternoon. Check-out was also conveniently done so directly at the club lounge. Even after check-out, we were able to indulge at their afternoon tea in the lounge for a few hours before saying goodbye to my new favorite hotel in Hong Kong!
